We are absolutely delighted to announce that AudiSouthWest.com will be sponsoring the South West Endurance Rally for the 4th consecutive year. Managing Director Andy Russell, a top level co-driver alongside David Kynaston in the AUDI A3 competes in the National Asphalt Rally championship is thrilled to support the event again.
With a network of 5 garages in the South West of England Andy's team will be happy to talk to you about all your Audi requirements. They have customers all over the UK - distance is no object!

Here are brief details about the 2009 Rally:
- Around 100 selectif miles on superb asphalt and forestry tracks – some never rallied before - over a 500 mile route around Devon and Cornwall including two simple, short regularity sections each evening.
- The 2009 rally will once again feature a mixture of surfaces with selectifs up to 9 miles long – an event for both driver and navigator to really get their teeth into…... with awards presentation on Sunday morning.
- Starting at mid-day on Friday at Newton Abbot with an overnight halt and finish in Plymouth the Rally HQ is the Plymouth Novotel – bar opens until 2am both nights so plenty of socialising….. Mud, sweat and beers!!!!
- Dunmere was the “big challenge” in 2008 and will be one of the most talked about selectifs in Endurance Rallying EVER (until 2009!!) – come and see for yourself what rallying in the South West of England is all about.

Absolutely superb event – Rob Aslett/Mark Collings…Good fun, well organised, not rough! – Newbould/Newbould… marshalled by real enthusiasts – Thorp/Ablitt…. Cracking event – a leader in its field – Chris Thorley… Friendly, helpful & efficient organisation – Dave Walker…A really enjoyable, testing, tiring,scary, frustrating fun packed rally – Kevin Sherlock…. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic, bloody fantastic. Rallying just doesn’t get better! – Dale Glover/David Morgan… Fantastic venues, great value for money – Warren/Griffith… Hard work but brilliant fun – Kernahan/Hitchcock…. Great event, one of the best – Heal/Harris… Nearly perfect. Excellent selectifs, sensible regularity sections and brilliant Marshals/Organisers – White/Chanter…. Very well organised friendly rally which this year we found harder than last year – Linda & Stuart Cariss… A challenging, long two days with top quality surface variations combined with slick organisation – Brooks/Garton… Excellent value for money, good fun, great tests – Birkhill/Northmore… The best multi-day event on the calendar – Horsfall/Horsfall (we will be back, I must get one of those pixies!)… A rollercoaster of events and emotions – Warmisham/Thompson.. A fantastic experience, the high spots were Penhale Camp and Dunmere (especially 2) – Smith/Turner… Challenging but great enthusiasm from competitors and marshals. Still smiling! – Abrey/Miles… ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT – Andy Lane… Great fun, old fashioned entertainment, well worth coming out of retirement! – Starkey/Lacey… Excellent overall – the forestry was excellent & a class win topped it off – Dawson/Dawson
NOTE: Although the budget is not yet finalised we anticipate
the entry fee will be £325 - £350.
Deposits will be cashed for security reasons but will be refunded if you have to withdraw before the final closing date.
As in 2008 we will be seeding the entry based on your previous Endurance Rally finishes and date we receive your entry form (when the regs. are published) – this deposit will not affect your seeding.
