5 weeks to go!
Wow, what a response for this year's rally. Who said there's a credit crunch... This format seems to be weathering the storm with plenty of "new" faces joining in this year. You can see the (unseeded) entry list on the club website.
There is still plenty of time to enter - regs are on the website or I can always send you a set: Tel 01626 772961 or reply to this email with your address.
Championship
Our event is the second round of the 2009 Endurance Road Rally Championship, which this year has a number of supporters, including Sportway Tyres. They are supplying the "control" tyre for registered competitors. The championship website is HERE.
Rally Hotel/HQ
Novotel is once again our Friday night stopover and finish on Saturday. On the 2008 event the cheapest hotel rates were achieved using the online booking system so urge you to use that method for 2009 - details here. Savings of £60 have already been achieved!

New for 2009 are woods that have never had a rally car in before - they are in fantastic condition as you would expect! Route mileage is around 500 with approx 100 - 110 selectif miles on asphalt / forest tracks and farm tracks. You can read more on the website.

ASWMC Endurance Championship 2009
The rally is the 1st round of the inaugural regional championship - in addition to the national series. ASWMC website here.
Great Bustard Rally
The opening round of the ERRC is organised by Salisbury and Shaftesbury Car Club on Feb 6th/7th. The club have set out a great rally using amongst other venues, Longleat Estate - mind the lions... Details here. |
