 Carl Sorensen Rally

A BIG welcome from the organising team to this very special event - the inaugural Carl Sorensen Rally.

Carl was a member of South Hams Motor Club and a keen co-driver who we sadly lost in May 2019.  He won the "TSH Stages" at Portreath in 2006 navigating for Mike Reed in an Escort and continued to compete with a number of drivers over the years. Carl is pictured with Gary LeCodeau's WRC Toyota Corolla above.

Come and join us celebrate Carl's life at this great new 1 day event at the very popular Portreath base this summer.

We look forward to seeing you in June!

Rich and the Organising team.

marshals wanted... please

TSH Marshals

Marshals needed for the Carl Sorensen Rally at RAF Portreath, Cornwall on Sun 26th June 2022.

Come and help us all celebrate Carl's life.

If you are available I would love to hear from you. The rally is a non-spectator event and the only way to experience it is to either enter or sign up as a marshal.

No experience is necessary but I know many of you have been down to assist in previous years at the TSH and will know what a great venue it is for all involved.

If you have any questions on this event please feel free to call me:

Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Chief Marshal - Kevin Wills

CO2 and Climate change

As part of our commitment to:
•    The protection of the environment
•    Reducing the detrimental impact of events on the environment
•    Improving the sustainability of motorsport in the UK

We donate a small environmental levy from our events to offset the CO2 produced by all competing vehicles, and that of the South Hams Motor Club organisers on the event. We invest this in a local tree planting scheme to permanently offset the carbon produced and to achieve net-zero carbon for our events.
