- Are you enjoying your motorsport – be it competing on a Club event or travelling further afield?
- Do you enjoy marshalling, or spectating?
- Ever think "I wish I could enter … type of event but the Club do not have them?"
The solution?
Come and join the committee!! It is always good to have new ideas about how to provide motorsport events for our members. We welcome all members to the AGM and want to hear your ideas for the future.
If you would like to join the committee please contact us for information.
We look forward to - seeing you and we usually have a social time after the AGM has concluded.
NOTE: We plan to hold our committee meetings every two months (if ratified at the AGM) instead of monthly – so 6 committee meetings a year! Can you come along for a couple of hours 6 times a year?
CO2 and Climate change
As part of our commitment to:
• The protection of the environment
• Reducing the detrimental impact of events on the environment
• Improving the sustainability of motorsport in the UK
We donate a small environmental levy from our events to offset the CO2 produced by all competing vehicles, and that of the South Hams Motor Club organisers on the event. We invest this in a local tree planting scheme managed by local charity MOOR TREES to permanently offset the carbon produced and to achieve net-zero carbon for our events.
